What sizes are the prints?
The Original includes one 20×30 large format print. The Circle includes one 20×30 print plus three 11×14 prints — one centerpiece for you, three to give. The Legacy offers a combination of sizes based on your occasion and quantity needs.
Do I receive a digital file as well?
Yes. Every order includes a high-resolution digital file you can keep, share, and reprint for personal use.
How do I get started?
Choose your package at www.bigandlittleme.com, complete your order, and you'll be guided through uploading your photos and telling us about the occasion. We'll handle everything from there and be in touch with your proof within a few business days.
What photos do I need to send?
Two photos — one of the person as a child, and one recent photo. Clear lighting and a visible face work best for both. Don't worry if they're not perfect — we'll let you know during the proof stage if anything needs adjusting.
What if I only have one photo?
Reach out before ordering and we'll talk through your options. Depending on the quality and style of the photo you have, we may be able to work with it.
What occasions is this right for?

Once your order is placed you'll be directed to a short form where you'll upload your two photos and tell us about the occasion. We'll take it from there. Before anything is printed, you'll receive a digital proof to review and approve. Once you give the green light, your piece goes into production.
How long does it take?
The Original and The Circle ship within 5–7 business days from proof approval. The Legacy timeline is confirmed during your personal sit-down before any payment is taken.
What is the proof and how does it work?
Before we print anything, we'll send you a digital preview of your piece by email. This is your opportunity to review it and request small adjustments — a different tone, a detail that needs refining. Once you approve it, production begins and the piece is sent to our professional print lab.
Can I request changes after I approve the proof?
Once you've approved your proof and production has begun, we're unable to make changes or offer refunds. The proof stage is specifically designed to make sure you love it before we print. Please review it carefully — we want you to be thrilled with what arrives at your door.
What if I'm not happy with my proof?

Are my photos kept private?
